Cute Girls

oh my girls are just so dang cute!! Here are the many faces of my sweet Ellie.  She loves to have her picture taken and looks right at me when i call her name.

Here are some of Evey.  She loves, loves, LOVES to color.  Which I love...except when its not on paper.  But she's normally pretty good.

Copy Cats

Our neighbors gave Evey lots of girly stuff for her room. Including a full size comforter (pink and flowers), matching sheets and curtains,  small pink wooden containers, two jewelry boxes (one for Evey, one for Ellie), a "Princess" wall hanging, two mirrors, a cork-board, and two canvas flower paintings.  Also among all these treasures was an Evey sized stroller.  She loves it! To this day she pushes everything from Mickey Mouse to the stacking cups in this thing.  There have been a couple times where Mike and I can't find her sippy, only to locate it in her stroller. Yes she loves this thing.


So since her stroller was small, we decided we would try sitting Ellie in it (before Ellie got to big! She's growing so fast!) Here are the results of that:

Ok, Ok, so this idea was not original.  We thought of it thanks to cousin Maicee and her daddy, Uncle Dan. This is Maicee as a peanut in cousin Kiley's babydoll stroller. It was the cutest thing! I'm glad we could follow suit!

For a while, Evey got really good at doing a "surprise" face.  Its so funny!!  My favorite picture is the first one. Love her hair (and the look on her face!)  Enjoy!

Speedy the Turtle

After we watered our yard one evening, the next morning I found a tiny turtle wondering across the back patio. He was so cute, I had to pick him up!  Evey loved him and immediately called him "frog". Needless to say, we HAD to correct her! (Sorry Gpa H. :D )  Mike and I didn't want him to die when we ripped up the back yard, so we put him in a tank that I had.

Since we didn't end up doing the back yard just yet, we decided to let him go.

He's still with us today. We have yet to let him go, he's just so fun! (and cute!)

Sweet little Ellie.  She was having so much fun in her crib that she didn't even bother to lay down when she got sleepy.  She just pulled the bumper over.

I can only get away with posting pictures like this now cause the girls a small enough and dont care. :) I'm sure when they are older and see it, they'll be like "mmmoooommmm! Why did you post that?!"  Oh well! Its cute! I'm going to!

Ellie is old enough (and sits up like a pro) now to take baths with Evey. I love it cause it gets two birds with one stone and they enjoy playing together. My girls are the cutest!
