OH YEAH!!

Today was a very good day! I only have a few more things to organize/clean downstairs and thats done! Here's a peek at what the downstairs looks like now...totally different from what it used to be!

We also got Evey's crib all set up. Its beautiful!!! i absolutely LOVE it!

And I think she likes it too!
But I'm not ready to have her sleep in her own room yet....

I set up a bed for me...sorry mike!

Playing is Fun!

We got to play with our friend Norah today (and her mommy!) It was sooo much fun! When we first arrived there, both babies were unsure of the other little person that was in front of them...they just stared at each other! so cute! i pulled out the camera and Norah looked right at me. I think she may have seen one of these small silver things before...she knew exactly what to do.

Evey was very curious. she completely ignored mommy when she tried to get her to look.

The new blankey on the floor caught Evey's attention for a moment...

but soon it was back to checking out this new person that looked similar but wasn't the mirror...

"Evey, Norah, look here!"

There they are! sooo cute!

Evey had fun showing her new friend how to do mini push ups and getting up on her knees. (she got up to them i think twice, it didn't last long, but she gets up there and rocks) She even helped her with sitting up! ok, so she was a good example and Norah sat up without her mommy holding her for a good couple minutes! Yay! to both of them!

Chubby baby feet! Norah loved that there was another set of toes to grab. Evey even started to grab at their feet. I loved how each of them was influencing the other in some way.

Evey was the most talkative that i have heard her! Both girls had a blast!
I think we have some great friends here. They both clicked. :) What a fun day!

well today Evey finally got her crib! we havent put it together yet, but we got it! and we have successfully painted the downstairs!! finally!!!!!! it looks soooo much warmer and more colorful! now to put the furniture back and hook up the tv... then we'll be really good! TTFN!

so i'm trying to do like Livvy has been doing and write a little bit about my day...everyday. i don't know how good i'll be. its been crazy here at the Heilmann's. we are painting the downstairs so everything is all moved around and messy! talk about no room for Evey to roll! that and the computer with all the evey pics is currently on the floor, so no pics of the cuteness till that gets back up. sorry! TTFN!

I love it when i'm not sure what to do for singing time with the primary and the Lord sends a suggestion. awesome! we did a guessing game today with some fun activity songs. but what really topped off the day was dinner tonight. tenderloin cooked med-rare, big baked potato, veggies with cheese sauce and a small piece of chocolate layer dessert. of my gosh yummy!

Floor Fun

So Evey has the hang of rolling around now. She is fairly laid back when it comes to rolling. Sometimes she just likes to roll to her side, grab a toy, then roll back to play with it with both hands. Rather cute if you ask me! She likes to try and get her wipes and grabs at them if she see's they are close by. Evey is also a blanket girl. (she gets that from her mommy :P) Cheap entertainment when a toy is not available! She loves to pull them over her head, then I say "where's Evey?" and she'll lower it enough to see me, smile and move it back. The other day she discovered her Ariel playmat on the floor.... I guess she thought it was a blanket!






Then she decided it was time to take this new found "blanket" for a roll...




Whew!! Once that was done, it was time to chill a bit and play peek-a-boo with mommy and this new "blanket"

arg?! why??

Ok, so i think i'm done ever putting my opinion on facebook. seems like every time i do, it results in me not feeling so good cause people that never comment on me or that i don't talk to much, (which i need to talk to some of the people more cause they are my friends and i don't want to lose contact with them!) say something! i guess my opinion must be that bad? note to self....no more opinions!
