Halloween 2010

Here's my little ladybug and her bucket walking around with grandpa on the back patio.

I love this picture. She looks so cute!

And my little pumpkin!

In the car, ready to go to the trunk-or-treat

I carried her from car to car cause she loved walking everywhere.  But once I put her down when there was candy in her bucket... she stayed put

And then she was off again...with candy in her hand.  She had to have a piece in her hand at all times.

Until she found the pumpkin lights on this SUV.  She would walk away then come back to it.  It was really funny/cute to watch.

And this is what Ellie did the entire time.  She also helped grandpa and daddy pass out the candy.

The Official New House Pics (w/big improvements)

So I'm finally getting these up. Sorry guys! I just have too many super cute posts of Evey to do, that I forgot to do this one!  So here we go! Our new home:

The front room. I'm standing in the entry, the stairs are on the right.
And the big improvement....the picture on the wall! Love it! And our seating...Ikea chairs!

The front half the the front room.  Thats the front door.

And the next "big improvement"... Curtains (expensive but I absolutely LOVE them!)  and the other picture on the wall! Dad (Heilmann) didn't know if we'd like this picture, but I love it! It looks so good on the wall!
This is the kitchen. On the other side of the fridge is the pantry/laundry room.  I'm standing where the kitchen table goes.
The pantry/laundry room
The "big improvement"... new washer and dryer! These are great! Its funny how things like this are exciting when you get a house.
The eat-in kitchen and sliding door to back yard. (the kitchen is to the left in the picture)

The door to the garage.

My car in the garage! I love it! No more parking outside!  The garage is a lot emptier now, but we still had tons of room left even in this pic.
The family room. I'm (again) standing where the table is.
Our first ceiling fan! The first big improvement in the family room.
The second big improvement.  Our 47" LG LED LCD HDTV.  Nice...I know :)
And finally, the couch! We found a Macy's furniture outlet in Tampa. This couch was a deal of all deals for leather!
Evey loves it too! Here she is reading her book.
This is the sidewalk on the side of the house. (we are on a corner lot)

This is a view of the back yard from the sidewalk above.  The thing sticking up in the yard is a tree stump.  We are going to get it removed.  Oh, the house is to the left in this picture.
This is upstairs, the second bedroom currently being used as a computer room.  Someday we will have an actual computer desk, but for now the dresser will do.
The other half of the computer room. It has all the baby things in it too.  The closet is to the left.  These closets are HUGE! Their depth is about twice that of the closets at Dad's (Heilmann's) house.

This is Evey's bathroom.  We have a polka dot shower curtain now and some tan towels so it looks less sparse.

This is Evey's room.  We painted it a light purple cause that's her color and added the pink flowers lights. I love her room! I'm going to paint more flowers and butterfly's on the wall eventually. (yes I took the picture while she was napping. And thats the way she likes to sleep...curled up on top of her blanky.

This is our new bed (from Ikea). It was my second choice frame, but now that we've got it, I love it more than the first choice one. Now to just get the nightstands! And the rest of the furniture for the room and we'll be set!
Here's the outside. This is the picture I took when we were looking at the house, before we bought it. (so that's our rental car)

The only picture's i'm missing is the remainder of the master (its messy now cause i did laundry and there are piles on the floor where i'm sorting them.) and the guest room. (which you can kinda see in  the picture of me at 37wks pregnant) Other than that, there's our new house!

Growing girl(s)

We just went to Ellie's 2 week checkup on the 29th.  She is growing like a weed, blowing her birth weight out of the water!  8 Ibs 5 oz! 20.5 in! She is a good eater, thats for sure! Did have a little bit of "thrush", but we have the medicine to clear that up quick.  She is becoming more alert and holds her head up much better.

Evey is becoming a great big sister! She has taken to wanting to hold Ellie and will sometimes try to pick her up out of the bouncer. So we put Evey in our lap and lay Ellie across her.  She looks down at Ellie and will give her kisses and point to her nose.  Its really cute.

Gosh I love my girls and my family!  I really am blessed!!

Sisters

Evey has been such a good big sister! I am so proud of her! She has been very gentle (or at least as gentle as a 14mo old can be) and sweet to Ellie.

Getting a closer look at her new little sister

gentle pats on the head

She was rocking her chair for her

kisses!

hehe, this was her hug to Ellie

Proud big sister! (I love this pic!)

She's Here! (The pictures) :D

All comfy now (not that I was uncomfortable before) with the epidural in.

Here she is!  She looks so much like Evey! I'll have to put up comparison shots :)

9:02am,  7 pounds, 11.6 ounces, 20 inches

"whoa, where am I now??"

Proud new parents (again!)

She was such a quiet, mellow baby.

He's out numbered even more now...3 to 1

back to mommy after her bath

Look at that cute face!!

She's a keeper!

Evey and grandma came to visit us.  Here is Evey helping me eat lunch.

bye bye kisses for the new sister

The view from our room. It was on the 7th floor. Sadly Disney was on the other side of the building, so no night fireworks. But we did get to see a beautiful sunrise in the morning!

All dressed, ready to go home (the next day!)

Going Home!!

In her carseat, ready to go. Oh so tiny!
