Pirate Dinner

At the beginning of October, Mike's cousin Tara and her husband Rob, along with their two (just as cute as mine) girls, came for a quick, last minute trip to FL.  They wanted to visit with us and we wanted to see them too since the last time we saw them, their youngest, Jayla,  wasn't born yet.  We decided to go to the Pirates Dinner Adventure in Orlando. It was a really great show. Can't say the food was great, but over all, we liked it.

They have cast members walking around with trays of food, "appetizers" as you wait to be seated for the dinner show. The souvenir shop, which was right there too, had some neat things that were of course way to expensive for me to even want to look at really. I did a quick walk through, nothing caught my eye thank goodness!

The show is audience interactive. Really neat. You get to cheer on the color pirate of the section you sit in and do "competition" games with the other color pirates. We were in the blue section and got to cheer on the hot blue pirate. ;)

After the show, they had all the color pirates out for picture and such. We had to get one with our blue pirate and the heroine of the show too!

Evey got all shy when it was her turn to go up to them. Stinker.

We sure do love when Tara, Rob and their girls come visit! We can't wait to go visit them! We are so lucky that they are family and are close enough to us now so we can visit each other!
