Hello again!!

hello again! I know its been waaayyy too long since I last blogged.  So here's my attempt to catch up. It might be a bit out of order, but it'll catch you up with the Florida Heilmann's. (at least in pictures!)

Evey turned 3 in August!! (birthday post to come) For her birthday, she got a BIG girl bike! She was so excited! We waited for Aunt Annie to come visit to go outside for her first ride.  She was scared to go down the driveway, so I had to guide her, but after that....

Evey also likes to blow bubbles. Every chance she has, she is asking to go outside and "blow bubbles?" I think more suds end up on her hands and the ground rather than as bubbles in the air.  As long as she is having fun, I'm happy. :)

Evey's Adventure

Evey loves my point and shoot camera. Every now and then we let her take some pictures with it, though she usually puts her fingers right over the lens, getting great "fingerprint" shots. This was one of her adventures with my camera at home.

Now the fun really begins. Since it was so nice outside, we had the sliding door open. Evey took advantage of that and went outside.

She gets some good shots now and then.  I think she has lots of fun with it. We might have to get me a new camera (point and shoot to carry around) so I can give her this one :) Aunt Aimee would be proud, I'm starting her early in photography!

Christmas recap #2

On the 27th of December, Gma and Gpa M. drove down from Ohio. Both girls were excited!

They stood there for quite a while waiting on Gma and Gpa. I was surprised!

Great Gma Gma got both girls super cute zip-up hoodies. They are awesome and soooo cute!!

It was nice to have gma and gpa down to visit. We just wish we could have spent a little more time with them. Another fun day, Christmas day #2.

Christmas recap #1

Yeah, I know its been way to long. We've been shuffling computers and life is happening so blog time goes to the bottom of the "to do" list. Sorry! I'm going to do some brief recaps of December and January, then I'll be caught up again (for at least a little bit! hehe!)

This is Christmas #1.  Just me, Mike and the girls at home since we couldn't make it work to get to either "home" (WA or OH)

Christmas morning. The girls discovered the candy filled candy canes on the tree.  They danced for a good few minutes with these!

Then it was time for breakfast!!

Both girls got a bubble wand in their stockings from Santa. And because it was soooo nice outside, we decided to try it out!
