Total Lunar Eclipse

On Dec 21, 2010 at 3:15 in the morning. Yes, Mike and I dragged ourselves out of bed at 3am to set up our tripod with camera to take pictures of this event. And we were not disappointed. The skies here perfectly clear! It was so amazing to witness this! I love Florida! Although we did get a little chilly standing in our driveway at 3 in the morning (it was 40*, yes that cold!) it was so worth it. We took several shots. Here are a random two of them. Enjoy!

Ellie is growing so much we needed Evey's crib, soooooo....Evey got a big girl bed!! We went to Ikea and got this cute bed for her. We are going to let her pick out some nice blankeys, so for now its a little plain. But she likes it!

2 months!

My baby girl is 2 months! She has grown so much, I don't remember Evey growing this quick. Ellie weighs 12Ibs 2oz and is 22in long. She is in the 90th percentile for her weight and 75th for her height. Momma's making some good milk I guess!!

Thanksgiving.
We went to my sister and bro in-law house for thanksgiving this year since neither of us had plans to do any major traveling (and we are both in the same state!)

Evey just loved their dogs! Especially Brutus who was in his cage.  (sunny doesn't have a cage and she wanders around, but doesn't like too much attention.)

We took the side off of Evey's crib to start her getting used to a big girl bed.  She does really well with it now. Doesn't fall out. :)

One Month!

I cant believe that my little Ellie is one month! She is growing like a weed I tell ya! At her appointment she weighed in at 10Ib 5oz, 21in.   She is focusing much more now and tries to to smile.  I love how alert she is when she's awake! (she still sleeps a ton! wakes up usually only once at night to eat).  She lost almost all the hair on top of her head.  I thought of mike's dad.  She had a grandpa H hair style! (its back now so she doesn't look bald on top anymore, thank goodness!)

Evey just loves her little sister. She is such a big help! Gets me her burp rag for me, rocks her, tries to give her her passy, throws her diapers away (sometimes), and lots of hugs and kisses.
